Qigong is the ancient Chinese art of energy cultivation. It works with qi, or life energy, and is one of the most effective ways to bring balance to your physical, energetic and emotional systems.

These routines are designed to re-connect and align you with the rhythms and balance of the natural world. They invite you to cultivate lasting wellness from within, leaving you feeling more vibrant, calm, centred and able to awaken to your full potential.

This Box Set includes:

Disc 1: Qigong for Regulating Energy

In today’s busy, modern life, our body’s natural systems can easily feel over-burdened and strained, leaving us tired, restless and stressed. I created these three qigong routines to help you regulate your energy and support your body’s natural ability to relax, sleep better and feel more invigorated to meet the daily demands of living in a fast-paced world.

Practice One: Aligning with the Natural World

Practice Two: Five Animal Frolics

Practice Three: Qigong Self-massage

Regular practice will make you feel more vibrant, calm, centred, rested and able to awaken to your full potential.

Disc 2: Qigong for Healthy Joints, Muscles and Tendons:

This programme is designed to keep you supple and strong by hydrating the joints and building healthy muscle tone.

These exercises include:

Practice One: Joint Hydration for Arthritis Prevention and Relief

Practice Two: Yi Jing Jing (Muscle and Tendon Changing Classic)

These routines will help nourish and support a balance of flexibility and strength.

Disc 3: Qigong for Mental and Emotional Wellbeing:

The pressures of life can wreak havoc on our mental, physical and emotional bodies. These meditation and movement routines are designed to help practitioners better navigate the inevitable ups and downs of life.

Practice One: Five Forms for the Five Organs and Emotions

Practice Two: Steadiness and Flow: Meditations and Visualisations

With regular practice, qigong can start to help us clear mental and emotional baggage that no longer serves us, leaving us less susceptible to triggers, stress and insecurities. In time, these routines can help us feel more stable, grounded and clear.

It is advisable to practice qigong at least three times a week to get the greatest benefits. You can select a practice from the three disks for any time of day that suits you. Enjoy!
